One Body One Life (OBOL)
One Body One Life (OBOL) is a programme to help you, and your family make real changes to your eating and exercise habits, to be fitter, healthier, and more active. The programme can be tailored to fit the needs of the group, including one off taster sessions, shorter programmes, or our full 8- or 10-week programme.
OBOL is a programme for children and their parents or carers to attend together. It is designed to offer a friendly and creative environment for families to learn about healthy eating and also have the chance to exercise together.
What do you get?
One Body One Life 2 – 4 Years (OBOL 2-4)
OBOL 2-4 years is a programme to help you, and your family make real changes to your eating and exercise habits, to be fitter, healthier, and more active. The programme can be tailored to fit the needs of the group, including one off taster sessions, shorter programmes, or our full 8- or 10-week programme.
The programme is designed specifically for children aged 2 to 4 years and their parents or carers. The sessions provide a friendly and creative environment for learning about healthy eating and active play.
This programme is delivered in children’s centres, community venues, and school nurseries across Coventry.
One Body One Life Healthy Schools
This programme is designed to be delivered in school for individual classes or whole year groups. The sessions are based on the full OBOL programme but tailored to match the age of the children and the needs of the group.
As with the family OBOL and OBOL 2-4, these sessions can one off taster sessions, shorter programmes, or a full programme across a whole school term.
What is the referral criteria for OBOL Programmes?
The only criteria to qualify for a place on an OBOL Programme is that you are a Coventry resident. These programmes have no other referral criteria.
