Who We Are

Home - Health Visiting - Who We Are

Health Visiting teams include:

  • Health Visitors – they lead the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme and are registered Nurses and/or Midwives
  • Community Staff Nurses
  • Community Nursery Nurses
  • Administrators and clinic assistants who are office based but also cover well baby clinics

Each team is led by a Clinical Lead.

There are 8 Health Visiting teams in Coventry

Team 1 – Radford, Holbrooks & Bablake

Team 2 – Canley, Tile Hill and Whoberley

Team 3 – Foleshill

Team 4 – Cheylesmore & Earlsdon and Hillfields

Team 5 – Upper Stoke and Lower Stoke

Team 6 – Longford & Henley

Team 7 – Wyken, Binley & Willenhall

Team 8 – City wide team supporting families who require extra support.

Teams 1, 3, 6 & 7
Are based at 1st Floor, Moat House Leisure & Neighbourhood Centre, 1 Winston Avenue, Coventry, CV2 1EA

Teams 2, 4, 5 and 8
Are based at 312 Charter Avenue, Tile Hill, Coventry, CV4 8DA
